My immediate goal is to share this stress reduction technology with companies that desire to be an innovator in reducing stress in the workplace. My goal is to demonstrate that it is possible to quickly and easily improve the welfare of employees and transform the work environment. With a minimum of twenty minutes a day, a company can reverse the epidemic of job-related stress, burnout, substance abuse, illness and rising health care costs. The results can be measured not only by the well-being of the company and its employees but also in increased productivity, effectiveness and profits.

    Is every day one long race? Learn simple ways to build in "rest stops" with proven meditation techniques, geared to your individual lifestyle.
  • Couples yoga
    Take your relationship to the next level of intimacy with Venus Kriyas, a couples' yoga that strengthens and deepens one of the most important bonds in your life.
  • Specialized Numerology Session
    Weaknesses are strengths in disguise when yoga and meditation are customized for you. That's what occurs in this session. An individual yoga numerology reading is also included.
  • Creating Daily Rituals
    Rituals nourish the soul and feed you, even when you're running non-stop. Here, you'll learn the basics of creating daily rituals so you can do them on your own.
