How this
program started
A native Texan, Katie Smith has been a yoga practitioner for 16
years and a Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher for 10 years.
The mother of two children, she began facilitating mother/daughter
circles as a result of her own daughter's blossoming 5 years ago
while living in California. Katie found that by providing a safe,
comfortable atmosphere to talk openly and honestly, the girls, including
her own daughter, became more empowered to make intelligent decisions
about their bodies and their lives.
